Express yourself with this versatile technique of piecing a block, an adapted extract from Quilting Basics by Michael Caputo
Express yourself with this versatile technique of piecing a block.
A stitch-and-flip block quilt can be very precise, with every block identical, or you can alter the starting marks giving you a more random feel. You can also choose to not sew on half the block or even leave some blocks blank. Express yourself and add a few foundation blocks in a different colour or print for a different effect.
Designed and made by Michael Caputo. An adapted extract from Quilting Basics by Michael Caputo
