More than 15 Fresh, Fun and Funky Projects, Reviewed by Mary Thomson
With 14 small projects and six quilts, you are sure to find something you want to make in this bright and cheerful book. It is aimed at the competent beginner or someone who has perhaps done some dressmaking and so has basic sewing skills. There are useful tips at the start of the book on choosing the fabric to suit the project and some short quilting basics, then it is straight into the small projects. These range from pincushions and cards to book covers and cushions. Templates are provided and most are full size and already reversed for fusible appliqué. The quilts are all wall hangings and would make a stylish addition to any room.
