This wonderful bargello quilt uses a pre-cut strip pack to create a pleasing blend of colour and shading.

Bargello quilts use strips that are all the same width. The strips are sewn together to make a strip set and then cut across the strip set at different widths. Staggering which fabric you start each column with and the differing widths of the columns creates the pattern and curve.
