Ugly Fabric Challenge

I think most of us have at least a FQ of 'why did I buy that' fabric. I didn't realise how much I had until I went searching in my stash for something to back a scrap quilt.

So I thought we could have a swap/challenge. All you will need is an ugly FQ and a bit of imagination.

The rules are simple:

Cut your FQ into 4 equal pieces this can be 4 'squares' or 4 strips, it's up to you.

Send them to me along with a SSAE.

I'll mix them all up and send 4 pieces back to you. I assume you won't mind if you don't get you own ugly fabric back!!

You then need to use your imagination to make something using all 4 pieces of fabric, you can add fabric from your stash if you like.

If enough people are interested, I'll ask Katy nicely if she will set up a vote and I'll find a small prize for the winner.

Ohhhh sounds intriguing....trouble is when I look at ugly fabric I think "cut it small & it'll be fine!" But will have a hunt to see what's there, will let you know if I find anything
