Hi Tessa,
Is there anything else you'd like me to acquire on your behalf?!
H xx
P.S. Winning lottery tickets and free fabric are also conducive to recovery ;o)

Hello everyone,
Just thought I would say a huge hi to you all. I'm afraid I've let the side down and still haven't done any sewing since before the surgery. I think I need an influx of something to get me going....maybe it will be a day outing ( or maybe a 30 minute outing would be easier) to my fabric shop. Sitting is easy, it's the getting up afterwards....and only a pile of new fabrics will move my butt.
Hope you are all well....

Well .... I didn't get to the fabric shop today...the knee was just playing up too DP did take the car for it's MOT and while it was being tested, he went for a walk.....straight to the fabric shop.
He came home with 5 half metre pieces from the new Barbara Brackman range called A Morris Tapestry for Moda. Such soft muted colours and the patterns are gorgeous. He said he just wanted to cheer me up....
Fabric Therapy works....this evening the knee hurts, but I'm a happy bunny.
Tessa xx
