![]() 4022 forum posts 756 photos | Hooray! Last of the 4 quilt tops that I was given turned into a quilt. Kept this one at it's original size, added wadding, floral backing and binding. Quilted with walking foot and Silesian Quilt machine ruler. I don't usually make 'pretty' quilts, but this one has turned out pretty. My stack of charity quilts is growing. Margarer |

![]() 625 forum posts 338 photos | Several years ago I was given a pre cut peg bag project for mother's day. Yesterday I finally got round to starting it and this afternoon I finished it. It holds 100 pegs. oops don't know why the photo is on its side. Eileen x |

![]() 3133 forum posts 486 photos | Front & back of my latest finish. I was asked to test a pattern by macking a block of Automatica by Fabric & Flowers but got rather carried away! I've had a stack of steampunk style fabrics for ages so used them to make the dogs. The background fabric was purchased to make youngest a dress but she changed her mind so it was also in my stash. Very busy as a background so I added sashing to the original pattern instructions. (Which are brilliant, btw!) I was so enthusiastic about making this quilt that it was done in less than a week! The backing was a duvet cover, which I also used as the binding. Minimal quilting but I think I will probably add some big stitch at some point as it's too poofy to fold up neatly! |
