![]() 625 forum posts 338 photos | Hi I have finished the white on white quilt. I have made all my mystery quilt blocks and made 1cm x 1cm paper squares with the patterns on them. This will allow me to plan my layout. Eileen x |

![]() 4022 forum posts 756 photos | I've got the last 2 blocks to make for the mystery quilt. I am not sure on my fabric choice for the 4 patch and may change it if it doesn't work in the final setting. I don't work in the methodical way that you do, so thanks for the tip for a paper grid layout. I was wondering on the best way to do that. I will hopefully be going for a 'modern' layout. Have fun planning your layout. Margaret |

Also, a few make up / toiletries bags. Just because I enjoyed making them and also as they come in handy for gifts with a couple of treats inside. |

![]() 4022 forum posts 756 photos | Your quilt is my favourite colour palette, Steph. I can't get on with a hoop, my fingers are not agile enough. At present, the hot weather has made my arthritis flare up big time. My right hand is sore, but working, my left thumb hurts and my left foot has got gout, but at least I can keep on quilting - slowly. Love your peg bag. I really want to make one of those. Margaret |

177 forum posts 111 photos | I added a lot more stitching, learning as I go. Sometimes with a hoop sometimes not. I’ve bought some different needles for next time. Oh it will be nice when all the shops open again, I’ve e been trying to find a quilt hanger for this one but no one online seems to have one the right size that would look right next to my others on the wall in my sewing room So I’ve cobbled one together with a couple of bits of dowel and a coat hanger - it’ll do for now 😀. |
