I’m loving all your creativity ladies. Very beautiful makes here.

I finished the following basket from a Lynette Anderson pattern. You make it from a steam basket and then you make some accessories to go with it....

Just posting a photo of Rosemary’s beautiful friendship swap quilt which she has so kindly donated to “The friends of the Royal Marsden”.....I am going to deliver it in person tomorrow and I’m sure they will be absolutely delighted! A big thank you to Rosemary and to everyone who made a block! Love Sheila x

nils playmat detail.jpgGreat work ladies. Such detail and so beautiful Claire. Fantastic Rosemary two lovely quilts for a good cause and great piece of (I assume) paper piecing Pam.

Well, phew, I have just finished the playmat for the very imminent baby of one of my language partners here. He will be Nil and I hope Xisca likes this. When I have made them for babies of my daughter's friends in England they loved them. Here, however, I am not sure that babies are put down much, they seem to get passed round from h and to hand, poor little things.

At least I hope she can discuss the animals and things with him when he is a little bigger.
