Congratulations to you both on your wedding anniversary. What a great quilt and made in such a short time scale too. I hope that you received a great gift as well!

Glad your quilt has gone to a good home. Love the butterfly border. You're good at this fmq!

Oh Eileen, how wonderful that your presents to each other are totally priceless. Congrats on the Jade Anniversary and on completing the quilt in such a short timescale .

Rosemary, I too like your FMQ it brings the borders of a quilt to life doesn't it? And to gift it too.

Good grief Eileen how did you do that beauty in such a short timescale?

These are the 2 bowls that hubby made me for my anniversary present. They are spelted beech, which means the tree had a fungal infection before it died.p1070537.jpg

I will use them for quilt clips etc as I can get my hand into them easily.

Wow everyone has been so busy and making such wonderful things - Eileen I just love, love, love your mariners compass quilt, it is perfect!! (Also really love the bowls your husband made you - didn't know that about the beech wood. I have seen that effect and just though it was normal for beech.

And the Bargello quilt the colours are amazing - the board fabric looks like it was made for the bargello fabrics you must have had a job to find such a match Margaret?!

Ditto Pamela I also love the butterfly quilting you did Rosemary.
