We've had a query via facebook from a lady looking for an article. I haven't got this one, can anyone else help?

Hi, i've got a question for loyal readers of Popular Patchwork. During one of the summers between 2000 and 2003 Popular Patchwork published a review of the FEEL FREE traveling show curated by Jacqueline Govin of France and sponsored by Husqavarna Viking. The show included work by 50 artists & travelled the globe for 3 years, I was one of 2 Americans to be included. I received a copy in the mail unexpectedly one summer but it was lost in a move. If anyone has kept issues from that time period, I'd be thrilled to buy the issue from you or work with you to receive a copy of the article. thanks in advance!

I do have a selection of old mags of various kinds. The box actually turned up the other day - as they do! Will have a look, but don't hold your breath.

Amazing, think I have found it!

Aug 2002 edition of PP featured a Linda Parkhouse review of "Feel Free" at Quilt Expo 2002 in Barcelona.

The photos of US quilts were Celebration by Deborah Lucas, Blanket Statement: Act of Trust by Susan Lasch Krevitt and Oh! To Dance with a Dolphin by Debra Jo Hardman (Best in Show).

Is this the article your correspondent wants Katy?

You star Sylvia! Wonderful, I think that is the right issue. Would you like to sell it or can you photocopy it? I'll have to find out exactly who the lady is, as the request came from facebook via the office to me.

Aha, it was Susan Lasch Krevitt, so I will let her know, I'm sure she will be pleased

I will send her the pages Katy. She will probably be fascinated to know that the magazine came to me in Hertfordshire England, was taken to Andorra and is now in Mallorca.

I hasten to add I don't have every copy of PP since then. It's purely serendipity that there were things in that one I decided to keep it for.

Will you pm me her address? You can give her my email address if you like.

Thanks Sylvia

I haven't got any more details, I have messaged her back and asked her to check this post, but I don't think she has. I'll try again and ask for her address
