This is Cassie's tea cosy. It's her first attempt at crazy patchwork, and I'm very proud of her.

(I'm sorry the picture is the wrong way round, but I don't know how to rotate it)

My DH's cousin's daughter in USA wanted an tea cosy for afternoon tea but couldn't decide between crochet and one showing her Scottish connections too ! I ended up making one of each )

Lovely cosies ladies. Congratulations to all.

I have at last found the one and only cosy that I have ever made! It was a present for my parents when I started quilting back in the early 1990s and one of my first projects. 9 stitches to the inch - those were the days, and the start of my habit of adding beads when I am quilting. Helping to clear out Mum's house I found it unused in a plastic bag safely put away in a drawer. It even has the gift tag that I attached to the parcel safely tucked inside it!

Tea Cosy Challenge - the only cosy I have ever made
