Hi Katy, I've emailed Liz with a photo of my linear landscape quilt that I finished last month. I'd send her a photo of the purse I made for you but it's not high res as I jpeg everything as soon as I download onto the computer.

Have a great first day of December.

Hi Kay

Yes they are high res, but I think you have to be clever when you email them so they don't get compressed. On my iphone 4, if I select a photo and email it, it asks what size to send it. I've not had an iphone for very long so I'm not sure how it works for newer ones

And here is the weighted blanket! I was asked for plain fabric but I added a wavy stitch for the dividing lines in a dark blue variegated thread! It weighs 5 kgs..... there is a formula it seems depending on the weight of the child!!

Just a little something that I made to give as a gift. My Abbie, English Springer is going to the vets this afternoon for a check up so we are giving her favourite vet, Sam, this bag. Front and back of bag shown.

This is the baby version of swirly stars that I finally finsihed yesterday, to be given to no-name-yet baby tomorrow.

It was hard work! I feel rotten, and Bernina tension has gone into meltdown, for every line and a half of quilting I had to unpick and rejig the tension and then sewit again, and repeat. I couldn't stand it, so I put the machine away and got the Elna out, which also had tension problems for about a third of the top, but I fixed it, and unpicked it all. Then it developed a frightening ghost sewing quirk, where it would continue to sew when the foot pedal wasn't in use. So I had to switch it off everytime you would normally take your foot of the pedal. I;ve checked the foot pedal, and there's nothing jammed in it, but it was a bit strange, and a bit dangerous!
