![]() 995 forum posts 187 photos | With all our new friends of the furry and feathered sort, though it might be best to make anew thread for these. Our new puppy now named Meg, is a chocolate cocker spaniel. she is as fast as lightning, and you cant see her in the dark! so I am worn out. I was right to put my sewing away, she is 'stealing' all my towels and teatowels in the kitchen, so any fabric would have no chance! Hopefully we will soon have a routine, and I can resume a slightly more normal life. Maria |

![]() 469 forum posts 60 photos | My dogs have taken over my life, but I wouldn't have it any other way. When I bought Rosie, my first Cavalier, seven years ago, I had no intention of allowing her into the bedrooms. Right now I'm sitting up in bed using my iPad. Aishe, my ten month old Chihuahua, is perched on my left shoulder, parrot style, and my three Cavaliers are all fast asleep at the bottom of the bed, two of them snoring loudly. Diane |

![]() 280 forum posts 46 photos 29 articles | My puppy Hank is coming up to being one. I used to be able to scoop him up under my arm and he was the cutest thing I've ever seen... But now he's 23kg! He loves quilts, especially diving on my lap (yes really) whilst I'm quilting. This is my excuse for wonky quilting and seam allowances anyway.... |

![]() 280 forum posts 46 photos 29 articles | Maria- yeah I'm with you on that. Hank isn't allowed on the sofa.... unless my husband is out and only if I am also on the sofa and he doesn't wiggle too much or bring a toy on. He does understand all of the criteria though so we've had a good thing going for a few months now. Which means he's asleep with head on my lap most evenings and then I have to quickly get the lint roller out when himself comes home.... oops. I forgot to lint roller this morning and he's home before me so I'm hoping we haven't been rumbled. |
