In January we started our Quilt-Along (QAL) with Mandy Monroe. For those of you who have not taken part in a QAL before, here are some general guidelines to help you start up a QAL to make the quilt.

Ooh, it's lovely! And the ric rac works really well. I can't get over how nice that is actually. I would say it has inspired me to finish mine, but it would be a lie cos it isn't possible, I'm on a 7 day count down to India now and I've got lots more important things to do.
I do love that though, well done!
And I am kicking myself, as the insert in my borders that I've been fighting to fix would have been so much better if I'd thought of applying it at the end instead!

Thank you for the kind comments. I was planning to donate the quilt but I like it, so I think that I will hang onto it for a while.
