Good morning Ladies. I am happier this week as I have lost 3lb.

That brings my total so .far to 6lb.Not a lot but I'll keep trying .Must do more walking.

It brightened up a really stormy day. The block sits well with my other ones.

I have stayed the same this week. Must try harder .

My problem is I have a Coffee morning at church every Thursday . The leftover cakes are brought home

and my DH doesn't eat much cake.

What else could you do with the cakes? Could they go in the freezer? Could you give them to somebody else? Is there another group who could eat them ? Teenage boys are very good "dustbins" I' ve found!!!! At least you haven't put on any weight! That is good!! Remember that!! Best Rosemary
