I was just thinking the same - must have a look for the patterns. Dusie - what a great job you have made of it - it's stunning when you join it all together and you get the 'big picture'! Great contrast of colours too - well done!
|Thread: Juliet's quilt|
What a fab quilt, Juliet! It looks stunning!
Thanks for the nice welcome, Angela!
I had a look at some of your photos, very impressive - I have been suitably inspired! I have only been doing quilting for about 2 and a half years now, but I'm hooked!
I have just finished work for the hols and I found myself browsing through the forum - what a great bunch of people!!
I like the idea of putting presents on the tree for boxing day - we've done that too! We also have a tradition of using the same Christmas cards each year - just between ourselves in the house! We have kept the first Christmas cards we sent and sign them every year.
I am looking forward to joining in with a friendship quilt or a round robin quilt next year - I've never done that before and am looking foward to it - I noticed that there was one posted earlier, so I'll maybe have a look at it later!
Wishing you a Happy Christmas, with good health and happiness for 2010!
