Good afternoon one and American penfriend (who lives in Florida) was really looking forward to her local groups quilt retreat....due to take place 23/24/25/26 April! Obviously that has been we have decided to hold our own stay at home event....we will each do our own thing...but share lots of photos etc.......and I thought.....

Would anyone here like to join in?

You don't need to do anything.....just post during those few days with pictures of what you've been up to!

How awful for you never rains but.......!

Why not have a go at "Honey".......

I printed her onto printable fabric.....and then "bonda-webbed" onto the thick "stuff" (heavy weight vilene?) I use for making postcards....because I have some in stock!! I haven't trimmed very well around the feet and case they break off!!, You could always print onto paper and stick onto card!!

Good afternoon has continued to be repaid and loans have been made...but I have had a message this the effect that "things" are likely to be really difficult all over the world for the foreseeable future. I will continue to make as many loans as I possibly can for as long as I can! On a happier note....4 of our loanees have just completely repaid their loans! Best Rosemary x

This disappearing 4 patch was made from a set of 10 inch squares bought at a sale to raise money for Cancer UK after the death of a local quilter about 3 years ago! Both are intended to a charity ....just not sure which yet! They are fleeced backed! R xx

Here are the photos as promised... this one was intended for my sister's MiL.....for her room in the care home....but sadly she died last the impetus went!ufo1.jpg

My sister chose the fabrics and in fact they are a bit brighter than in this photo. MiL loved chrystanthemums(?)!

This is new rabbit....I think I enjoy making them because they are "company"! I had also just started planning some craft sessions around them....and I really enjoyed designing and making the little jumper! If anyone has the book and would like me to email them the pattern....just drop me a pm or an email!
